Responsibilities

• Be present in the room with test takers.
• Read instructions or passages to students who qualify, scribe exams for students who qualify, time exams, and package completed exams for faculty.
• Communicate professionally and effectively.
• Coordinate with OSA staff to obtain tests, clarify instructions, or ask questions on behalf of a student.
• Interact with students/OSA staff regarding test administration.
• Maintain testing and proctor areas, ensuring they are clean and organized.
• Maintain confidential materials, files, and information securely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
