Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years in recruitment, enrollment management, sales, marketing, or corporate partnership development.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally out of state.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to grow graduate enrollment in Business and Kinesiology.
• Identify, cultivate, and convert prospects through outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings, and events.
• Represent the university at recruitment events, conferences, and graduate fairs.
• Manage the full enrollment funnel from inquiry to matriculation with timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and recruitment materials.
