Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a new graduate engineer to help develop next-generation silicon for Starlink. You will join a multidisciplinary team across RF/Analog IC, RTL design, verification and physical design in Palo Alto, Irvine or Redmond.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution from design through verification of complex digital designs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with coursework or internships in ASIC/FPGA, DSP, and system integration, and is prepared for full-time work after graduation.

Qualifications

• Graduating with a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or PhD in 2026 or 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, mathematics or physics.
• Experience working with ASIC, SOC, FPGA, RFIC, or MMIC.

Responsibilities

• ASIC/FPGA Design & Verification across all phases.
• RF/Analog IC Design, modeling and layout in SiGe or CMOS processes.
• Digital Signal Processing with SystemVerilog and DSP blocks verification.
• Physical Design including synthesis, floor planning and signoff checks.
