LJA is seeking a Graduate Engineer for Land Development to support feasibility studies, cost opinions, and development tasks for a broad client base. You will use AutoCAD Civil3D, Bluebeam, and MS Office to deliver design, production, and project support.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree (ABET-accredited) with FE exam progress and hands-on experience in engineering projects, plus a collaborative, growth-minded approach. Office-based role with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science Degree from ABET accredited university (Civil Engineering preferred).
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Previous work experience in the engineering industry.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Water Resources Software (HEC-RAS & HEC-HMS).
• Passed the FE Exam.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with technical experts, peers, and support roles to perform design calculations, prepare equipment or material specifications, and generate technical drawings and exhibits.
• Expand your engineering toolbox and vocabulary to add knowledge of advanced techniques, applied theory, industry concepts, and best practices.
• Assignments require investigation of a limited number of variables; supervisory assistance is provided on unusual problems and possible solutions.
• Work in an office with meeting rooms, amenities, and excellent technology.
• Investigate existing site conditions, criteria, and constraints to inform design iterations and direction.
• Check-ins with your manager and mentors to identify areas of excellence and growth opportunities.
• Provide information or exhibits to inform client and internal leaders in decision making.
