Job summary

LJA Land Development is seeking a Graduate Engineer to support design, production, and project administration for public and private clients using AutoCAD Civil3D, Bluebeam, and related tools. You will contribute to feasibility studies, cost opinions, exhibits, and construction plans as part of a collaborative, growth-focused team.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, learning through mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of clients and services within an entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree from ABET accredited university (Civil Engineering Preferred).
• Passed the FE Exam is desirable.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical experts to perform design calculations and generate drawings and exhibits.
• Expand engineering toolbox by applying industry concepts and best practices.
• Investigate existing site conditions and constraints to inform design iterations.
• Coordinate with managers and engineering mentors to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare equipment/material specifications and construction-related documents.
