LJA Engineering, Inc. seeks a Graduate Engineer to support land development projects using AutoCAD Civil3D, Bluebeam, and design software. You will contribute to feasibilities, cost estimates, exhibits, and bid packages while collaborating with engineers and support staff.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, client exposure, and growth within a culture of employee-ownership and continuous development. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and water resources software (HEC-RAS/HEC-HMS).
• FE Exam passed.
• Strong collaboration and team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical experts to perform design calculations and generate technical drawings.
• Support feasibility studies, cost opinions, bids, and development tasks.
• Inform design iterations through site investigations and client needs.
• Assist in project administration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
