Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Graduate Civil Engineer for our Little Rock, AR office. The role involves pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design, and construction within the Water & Wastewater Utilities team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering; December 2025 and May 2026 grads encouraged to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in Water & Wastewater utility projects and water/wastewater treatment design.
• Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred; Civil 3D/ArcGIS/WaterCAD/SewerCAD/InfoWater helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects under supervision of a Professional Engineer.
• Support Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design and construction.
• Assist in preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Water & Wastewater projects.
• Perform drafting CAD work.
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects.
• Assist in preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and contractors.
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.

Halff Is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Water & Wastewater Utilities team in our Little Rock, AR office. The position will be for a General Civil Engineer interested in Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design and construction. What you will do:

• Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
• Support Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process, design, and construction
