Job summary

Worley invites high-potential graduates to join the two-year Graduate Development Rotational Program designed to accelerate growth through structured, hands-on experience across engineering and project delivery, project services, and construction. You will rotate across disciplines, learn from mentors, and contribute to high-impact projects in a global team setting.

Participants gain technical depth, business acumen, project controls literacy, and leadership capabilities while working in office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Environmental, or a related field.
• Progress toward or eligibility for Engineer-in-Training (EIT), Professional Engineer (PE), or discipline-specific certifications.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements, on time and within budget.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions, gaining experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Contribute to discipline-specific activities during rotations (engineering design, project controls, construction, field services).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build relationships with engineers, project managers, and field personnel.
• Assist in preparation and review of project documentation, including reports, schedules, and vendor/contractor deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and site activities to ensure alignment with objectives, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify issues or risks, propose solutions, and elevate as appropriate.
• Apply health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Project Management/Construction Management/Supply Chain/Environmental
