Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. invites graduates to join a structured 2‑year rotational program across Engineering, Project Delivery, and Field Operations. You will gain hands‑on experience, work with mentors, and participate in cross‑functional teams to deliver complex projects from concept through completion.

Participants will build technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities through structured learning, regular feedback, and exposure to global projects, with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Internship, co‑op, or early work experience in engineering, project delivery, construction, or related environment.
• Foundational technical knowledge aligned to field of study.
• Exposure to industry tools or software relevant to discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements, on time and within budget.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions from concept to handover.
• Contribute to discipline-specific activities during rotations (Engineering, Project Services, Construction/Field Services).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation and review of project documents and schedules.
