Job summary

OHM Advisors is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer in Nashville to support planning and design across civil projects. You will contribute to data analysis, calculations, and documentation while learning from senior staff.

You will work with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and ArcGIS, and participate in design reviews within a collaborative team focused on people-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, ArcGIS or similar software.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred.
• Internship or co-op in civil engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data collection and analysis to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and investigative analyses for assigned tasks.
• Assist in preparing plans, specs, cost estimates, and supporting docs.
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop drawings.
• Review project plans for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
