OHM Advisors is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our collaborative and growing team in Chesterton, Indiana. You will support planning and design efforts, contribute to technical analyses, and work alongside senior staff to deliver people-focused solutions for our clients.

You will use CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit and ArcGIS, participate in data collection, prepare plans and cost estimates, and help coordinate tasks to meet project timelines within a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, ArcGIS.
• EIT certification preferred; internship or co-op in civil engineering valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents.
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings.
• Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
