Job summary

Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking a Graduate Business Development Representative with sales experience to help build partnerships with leading global brands, connecting them with the Gen Z audience through innovative digital marketing solutions. You will be working with exciting brands and helping them connect with Gen Z, while developing your career in a fast-paced commercial environment.

• Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation or another target-driven commercial role.
• A proven ability to work towards sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential brand partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach and lead generation through to securing new partnerships.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across marketing, e-commerce and commercial teams.
• Using Salesforce and sales data to manage your pipeline, track activity and improve conversion rates.
• Show brands how they can connect with the Gen Z audience through digital marketing and targeted campaigns.
• Working towards sales targets and reporting pipeline progress and results to senior management.
• Attending industry conferences and networking events to generate new business.
• Working closely with the wider commercial team to share ideas, improve sales performance and support business growth.
