Hatched Recruitment Group is looking for a Junior Business Development Representative with energy, a sales mindset and a track record in driving new business. You’ll help grow partnerships with leading brands and show how digital marketing solutions can connect them with Gen Z.

You’ll research potential clients, contact leads through email and phone, handle multiple opportunities in Salesforce, and work with the commercial team to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, lead generation or business development.
• Ability to win new business and hit targets.
• Strong communication and confidence with new people.
• Organised and able to handle multiple leads.
• Interest in digital marketing and consumer brands.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Experience with CRM systems would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Researching potential clients and identifying new business opportunities.
• Contacting prospective partners through email, phone calls and other sales channels.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers and introducing them to marketing solutions that help brands engage with Gen Z.
• Managing leads through the sales pipeline, from initial outreach through to securing new partnerships.
• Using Salesforce to organise sales activity, monitor progress and keep pipeline information up to date.
• Working towards commercial targets and sharing regular updates on your performance.
• Attending networking events and industry conferences to meet potential partners and develop new opportunities.
• Working alongside the wider commercial team to share ideas, improve sales approaches and support business growth.
