Job summary

• Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front-line student and stakeholder support through in-person, phone, email, text and chat interactions.
• Provide support to the Marshall Online team on initiatives and projects that promote and support online student success.
• Create and post content in the Marshall U app and engage in online connection communities.
• Conduct and analyze research related to best practices and trends in online learning success.
• Utilize systems and data analytics tools to track processes and efficiencies.
