Job summary

Marshall University is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the ACE Office to assist with planning and coordinating events, workshops, and outreach that connect students to campus resources and community opportunities.

You will work closely with professional staff to promote student success, participate in program development, and contribute to ACE Office initiatives, including collaboration with Global Education. Fall and Spring semesters, 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress; pursuing graduate studies is required.
• Experience planning or supporting events, workshops, or programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ACE Office events and activities.
• Support outreach to connect students with campus resources and opportunities.
• Maintain ACE Office communications (email, flyers, social media).
• Collect and analyze data for program assessment and improvement.
• Mentor undergraduate student staff and volunteers.
