Benedictine University on the Lisle campus seeks a Graduate Assistant for Baseball to assist with recruitment and the student-athlete experience. You will work under the Head Coach to identify qualified student-athletes and help build a competitive program in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference.
This role requires enrollment in a Benedictine Graduate program (MBA, MS in Business Analytics, MS in Management & Organizational Behavior, or MPH) and a Bachelor's degree.

Stipend amount up to $7,200 based on start the assigned period
This position is responsible for assisting the baseball program with the recruitment and retention of student-athletes while working to ensure the best student experience possible for the members of the Benedictine University Baseball Program.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required. Must be enrolled as a Benedictine student in good standing.
Experience: Coaching or playing experience and extensive knowledge of the sport at the collegiate level preferred.
Qualifications: Applicant must obtain acceptance into a Benedictine Graduate program of Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Business Analytics, Master of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior or Master of Public Health.
Specific Skills: Organizationalskills, writing and typing skills, interpersonal skills, data entry and budgetmanagement skills and demonstrated supervisory skills.
Specific Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications: Yes, valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid/ AED certification with the first 90 days of employment.
Physical Requirements: May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Must reach, bend, stoop, lift. Must sit, walk or stand for long periods of time. Ability to handle varying levels of stress while maintaining professional demeanor. Possible lifting, bending, walking, kneeling, stretching, and stooping. Frequent districtwide and statewide travel; frequent prolonged and irregular hours; outdoor exposure to sun/heat or cold weather.
Ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand. Understand the speech of another person.
