Job summary

The Masland Library at Cairn University in Langhorne, PA seeks a Graduate Assistant in Access Services to support interlibrary loan operations and access to resources for the academic community. You will work with Reshare, RapidILL, and OCLC WorldShare ILL, assist with circulation, reserves, and provide essential reference support to students, faculty, and staff.

• Enrolled in a Cairn graduate program in good standing on a full-time basis.
• Experience with library workflows and interlibrary loan is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support interlibrary loan processing using Reshare, RapidILL, and WSILL.
• Assist with circulation desk, course reserves, and access services workflows.
• Provide basic reference support and help patrons locate resources.
• Collaborate with librarians to improve procedures and guides.
