Qualifications

• Must be admitted to a graduate degree program.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Must be registered full-time for the respective semester – nine (9) credits in fall, nine (9) in spring, or three (3) in summer, or meet degree plan requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supports new and ongoing digital projects that highlight materials from Special Collections & Archives, including online exhibits, primary source subject guides, and digital preservation.
• Supports library staff with digital projects.
• Digitizes physical and analog materials using scanning, photography, and conversion.
• Reviews and determines the quality of digitized files, and updates electronic records as necessary.
• Retrieves items from multiple locations; may involve bending, lifting, stacking, pushing, pulling.
• Pushes book carts loaded with heavy materials.
