Qualifications

• Must be admitted to a graduate degree program.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Be registered full-time for the respective semester – nine (9) semester credit hours during the fall semester, nine (9) semester credit hours during the spring semester, or three (3) semester credit hours during the summer session or be registered in the required number of semester credit hours to fulfill the only remaining requirements of the degree plan.

Responsibilities

• Ability to learn various operational systems and monitor them simultaneously
• Send and respond to emails
• Make outgoing calls for assigned work assignments
• Answer incoming calls and provide a high quality level of service
• Attend to text message and c system while in a call
• Research, study and understand how to navigate the necessary web pages
• Attend mandatory trainings as assigned or scheduled by the Supervisor
