Collabera is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Austin, TX to assist Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility and claims questions. The role requires handling inquiries, documenting interactions, and transferring calls as needed, while maintaining high service standards.

The candidate should be available for an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm, with the goal of delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate support and contributing to team performance metrics within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience assisting Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility and claims questions.
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills.
• Able to document encounters clearly in online logs.

Responsibilities

• Must be available for any 8-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm.
• Provides unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients with questions about eligibility and claims status.
• Assists with problem resolution as needed.
• Responds to phone inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Documents all encounters in clear online logs.
• Transfers callers to other units as needed.
