Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington invites applications for a Graduate Admissions and Recruitment Communication Technology Specialist in the School of Public Health. The role supports SOPHAS back-end environments and CRM-driven recruitment campaigns, while collaborating on webinars and Canvas spaces.

The candidate will generate reports in Salesforce, Slate, and WebAdMIT, assist with accreditation data, and help maintain SOPs. A proactive communicator with 2+ years in student services is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, public affairs, student services, or related).
• Minimum 2 years in student services, higher education, or related field.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally; maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains graduate application back-end environments (SOPHAS) including program setup, requirements, and workflows.
• Uses CRM systems to support recruitment campaigns, emails, workflows, and engagement tracking.
• Collaborates on webinars, video portfolios, RFIs, and Canvas-based recruitment spaces.
• Generates routine and ad hoc reports using Salesforce, Slate, WebAdMIT.
• Supports data entry and validation for accreditation and reporting.
• Creates and updates SOPs for admissions and recruitment tech processes.
• Provides periodic application processing support during peak admissions (Oct–Apr).
• Responds to applicant inquiries via email and phone with guidance on the process.
• Supports recruitment activities such as graduate fairs when needed.
