Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking a Student Services Generalist within the School of Public Health-Bloomington. You will build and maintain the SOPHAS graduate application backend, support recruitment campaigns via CRM systems, and collaborate on tech projects like webinars and Canvas spaces.

You will generate admissions reports using Salesforce, Slate and WebAdMIT, assist with accreditation reporting, and help develop SOPs for admissions and recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in student services, higher education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains the IU SOPHAS graduate application backend environments, including program setup, requirements and workflows.
• Uses university CRM systems to support recruitment campaigns, including building emails, automating workflows and tracking engagement.
• Collaborates on recruitment technology projects such as webinars, video portfolios, RFIs and Canvas-based recruitment spaces.
• Generates routine and ad hoc admissions and recruitment reports using Salesforce, Slate and WebAdMIT.
• Supports data entry and validation for annual accreditation and institutional reporting.
