This role emphasizes attention to detail, customer service, and collaboration with graduate programs to ensure compliant admissions actions and effective communication with applicants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher and 2+ years relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with graduate admissions processes and policies is preferred.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and process graduate applications and materials to ensure compliance with admission standards.
Review and approve admissions actions for graduate programs and determine eligibility for admission or readmission.
Collaborate with graduate program staff to answer questions on admissions policies and procedures.
Serve as liaison between applicants and graduate program staff; provide guidance on application procedures.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or other channels to support prospective students.
