UCF's College of Graduate Studies seeks applications for a Graduate Admissions Coordinator I. Under supervision of the Associate Director, University Admissions, this position supports the College of Graduate Studies, graduate programs, prospective and incoming graduate students throughout the graduate admissions process.

The primary responsibility is to recruit, evaluate, and participate in the selection of candidates for admission of targeted market segments as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 0+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Slate, PeopleSoft or similar platforms.
• Strong administrative and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and process graduate applications and supporting materials to ensure policies and regulations are met.
• Review and approve admissions actions to determine eligibility for admission or readmission.
• Collaborate with graduate programs and staff to answer questions about admissions policies and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between applicants and graduate program staff; counsel applicants on policies and procedures.
