Job summary

The University of St. Thomas invites qualified candidates to apply for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator position within Enrollment Services.

This role focuses on lead nurturing before the application, cultivating early-stage relationships with two key groups: Enrollment Prospects and Inquiries. The Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Recruiting & Admissions and supports coordinated communications across the student journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma and 4 years in customer service, admissions, outreach, or related roles.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, admissions or enrollment marketing experience, and familiarity with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead nurturing for prospects and inquiries, delivering timely, accurate information and guiding applicants toward the next steps.
• Engagement strategy and outreach coordination with transcripts of call/text/email templates and messaging guidelines.
• CRM tracking, reporting, and analysis using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Mogli texting, and related systems.
