• Provide timely, professional support about academic programs, admissions, and college information.
• Assist with inquiry tracking and follow-up communications.
• Support enrollment and outreach initiatives for BSN, Allied Health, and certificate programs.
• Maintain accurate records and organized communication logs.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks related to admissions and student services.
• Coordinate communication between prospective students and college departments.
• Ensure timely responses and follow-up to student inquiries and requests.
