Fairfield University is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations for Graduate & Professional Studies Admissions. This role focuses on streamlining operations within the Slate CRM to enhance the applicant experience and manage communications.

The position requires a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in admissions, with strong data skills and excellent verbal/written communication. In-person work on campus with occasional remote options applies; evenings/weekends may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of progressive experience in an admissions office.
• Proficiency with Slate CRM; data systems experience in higher education preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the CRM database (Slate) and process graduate and second-degree applications.
• Perform daily data maintenance and audits.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide training materials for Slate users.
• Collaborate with recruitment staff to plan events and manage communications.
• Manage inquiries and drip communications to applicants.
• Assist in office operations and stay informed on program details and tuition costs.
