The University of Central Arkansas is seeking a part-time Accounting Tutor to assist the Accounting Department for 20 hours per week, with some virtual hours possible. The role includes tutoring Principles of Accounting I and II and an upper-division class, plus aiding faculty with grading and reviews.

Greet guests and answer the department phone when the admin assistant is unavailable; some time may be devoted to supporting faculty research.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of coursework required for admission to Master of Accountancy program.
• Ability to tutor accounting principles and assist in classroom settings.

Responsabilidades

• Tutor Principles of Accounting I and II for students.
• Tutor one upper-division class (Interm. Financial Accounting I/II, Interm. Managerial, or Individual Taxation).
• Attend class with the student and support faculty teaching efforts (grading, review sessions).
• Support faculty research efforts when time permits.
• Greet guests and answer the department phone when the administrative assistant is out.
