Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Grab & Go Supervisor to support the Food and Beverage operations at the Pentagon. The role assists the Manager with floor management, staff supervision, and ensuring quality service to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities include supervising setup, training hourly staff, maintaining safety and sanitation, handling guest concerns, and coordinating with the Manager to recruit and develop the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience required.
• Food Safety Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times and handle complaints per standards.
• Monitor and supervise dining area setup and maintenance to meet quality standards.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, disciplining, reviewing, and directing staff as needed.
• Train hourly staff for peak performance and monitor development.
• Maintain a safe facility environment including equipment, sanitation, dress, and hygiene.
• Notify Manager of unusual events or safety/quality issues.
