• Food Safety Certified a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Manager in unit operations and floor management to meet goals.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of dining area, cashier stations, and food stations.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, discipline, review, and direct staff; train hourly staff.
• Maintain safe facility environment; ensure sanitation, dress, and cash control standards.
