Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. seeks a 24/7 General Manager for our Pentagon location in Arlington, VA. You will oversee unit operations, staff, food and beverage, equipment and safety to meet financial goals and uphold service standards.

Lead the management team and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service daily. Responsibilities include planning operations, budgeting, staffing, P&L oversight, and client communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of related management experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Food Protection Manager Certification.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to organize, coordinate priorities and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations; forecast sales and labor.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct staff.
• Maintain accounting records, daily reports, and cash control; manage P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant facility and staff hygiene.
• Act as the company contact with the client and represent Guest Services.
