Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, seeks a Principal Quality Engineer IC4 to lead scalable GPU testing strategies and CI/CD integration across multiple teams. You will own risk-based quality initiatives, oversee test coverage, environments, and release readiness, and mentor engineers to elevate testing practices.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in software testing, automation techniques, quality assurance, or test automation frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable, risk-based quality strategies for complex GPU systems.
• Proven ability to lead root-cause analysis and defect resolution across multiple teams.
• Strong collaboration with product management and development for testing alignment.
