Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, seeks a Principal Test & Quality Platform Architect to modernize testing across on-prem and cloud. You will assess tools, remove redundancies, and design a secure, compliant, cost-efficient platform that improves reliability and velocity.

You will lead an enterprise assessment, define a target-state architecture and roadmap, and build governance with dashboards and playbooks to enable large testing teams while ensuring security and privacy guardrails.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in quality engineering or software architecture.
• Experience leading large enterprise testing transformations.
• Deep expertise in functional, stress testing at scale.
• Strong CI/CD experience across on-prem and major clouds.
• Solid knowledge of security and compliance controls in pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise assessment; define a target-state architecture and roadmap.
• Rationalize tooling and eliminate redundant testing across teams.
• Leverage AI/ML to accelerate test design, triage, and environment stability.
• Build a scalable test platform and integrate security/compliance controls into CI/CD.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance; enable teams through playbooks.
• Communicate outcomes and ROI to leadership; guide teams through adoption.
