Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Engineering to lead the Component Quality Engineering organization for OCI hardware platforms. You will build and guide a team handling silicon suppliers and key commodities, driving RCCA, containment, and supplier escalation to ensure quality across GPUs, CPUs, memory, and more.

You will partner with factory quality, process quality, manufacturing, and design engineering to connect component quality risks to ramp readiness and field

Qualifications

• Experience leading component or hardware quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor, server, storage, networking hardware.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers and RCCA processes.
• Experience communicating risk and actions to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Component Quality Engineering organization for OCI hardware platforms.
• Build and mentor a team of component quality engineers.
• Own supplier quality strategy, metrics, RCCA, and escalation.
• Coordinate with factory, design, manufacturing, and field teams on quality risk.
