Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Oracle, seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead Hardware NPI for next‑gen GPU/CPU server platforms within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will own end-to-end program execution from requirements to production ramp and market launch.

You will coordinate electrical, mechanical, firmware, OS, QA, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, manage risks, and influence without direct authority to meet schedule, cost, and deployment commitments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in hardware engineering, technical program management, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading multi-team technical programs from conception to delivery.
• Bachelor's or master's in Electrical/Hardware Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of hardware development and NPI systems, GPU/CPU platforms as a specialist area.
• Experience with hardware development, qualification, production introduction, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program plans: scope, milestones, resources, budgets, and launch criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional hardware engineering, firmware, OS, QA, and manufacturing efforts.
• Align roadmaps with product management, security expectations, and regional deployment needs.
• Lead reviews, establish ownership, decisions, and action items; ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate trade-offs, dates, costs, quality readiness, and recovery plans to leadership.
• Drive readiness reviews from development through production release with suppliers and data centers.
