Job summary

KN Group is seeking an experienced Sales Director – GPU Compute to lead the growth of our GPU compute business in the U.S. and global markets.

The role focuses on selling GPU compute capacity and AI infrastructure solutions to AI companies, cloud platforms, model developers, and other compute-intensive customers. The ideal candidate has deep experience selling GPU compute, GPU cloud, bare-metal GPU, or dedicated GPU capacity, and understands how AI customers evaluate compute resources across GPU

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales or business development experience in GPU compute, GPU cloud, AI infrastructure, HPC, or related cloud infrastructure businesses
• Direct experience selling compute capacity to end customers is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of GPU compute commercial models (on-demand, dedicated, bare metal, reserved capacity, long-term contracts)
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU platforms such as H100, H200, B200/GB200, or similar AI compute infrastructure
• Existing relationships with AI companies, model developers, cloud providers, or other large-scale compute users is highly preferred
• Proven ability to independently develop customers and manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through closing
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and senior business decision-makers

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customers for GPU compute capacity, including AI training, inference, GPU cloud, bare-metal GPU, and dedicated GPU clusters
• Build relationships with AI companies, model developers, cloud platforms, technology companies, and other organizations with significant GPU compute demand
• Own the full sales cycle, from customer development and qualification through solution discussion, pricing, negotiation, contracting, and deal closure
• Understand customer requirements around GPU models, cluster size, capacity reservation, utilization period, deployment timeline, networking, and SLA, and work with internal technical teams to develop suitable solutions
• Develop long-term commercial relationships around compute capacity reservations, renewals, expansions, and new deployments
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of GPU compute opportunities across the U.S. and other key international markets
• Track market developments in GPU supply, compute pricing, customer demand, and the broader AI infrastructure ecosystem
• Work closely with infrastructure, procurement, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of contracted compute capacity
