Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Lake Zurich, IL seeks a Senior Analyst, Contract Marketing to manage contracting activities for GPOs, IDNs, and complex accounts. You will analyze data from multiple systems and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to drive efficient contracting processes.

This hybrid role requires onsite work three days a week and offers a bonus plan with a 6% target of base salary, along with comprehensive benefits designed to support colleagues' healthy lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably with contracting, pricing, healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of medical device, hospital/pharmacy products and/or pharmaceutical industry contractual terms and conditions is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated business acumen and experience with customer agreements (GPO/IDN) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with critical thinking and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead administering GPO contracting activities and liaison between Sales and Contract Marketing.
• Lead GPO and IDN contract sign-up process for products and designated accounts.
• Administer and maintain all contract setup in Model N system.
• Govern pricing relationships, membership rosters, and contract eligibility.
• Participate and recommend contract terms for customer agreements.
• Interface with customers on contract negotiations as needed.
• Provide timely confirmation and validation of contract setup and eligibility.
• Compile product information for bids/RFPs and RFIs.
• Support contract strategy and bid responses with senior leaders.
