Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Senior Analyst, Contract Marketing to manage contracting activities for GPOs, IDNs, and key accounts in IV Therapy. You will extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems to address complex business issues.

This hybrid role requires onsite work in Lake Zurich, IL three days a week and collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Contract Operations. Proficiency with SAP, Model N, Qlik, and CLM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Advanced degree a plus).
• 5+ years related experience (contracting, pricing, healthcare preferred).
• Knowledge of medical device/pharma contracts and terms is preferred.
• Experience with GPO/IDN/hospital contracting is a plus.
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel advanced skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead GPO contracting activities; liaison between Sales and Contract Marketing.
• Manage contract sign-up for products and designated accounts.
• Maintain contract setup in Model N and ensure governance of pricing.
• Review terms, bids, RFPs, and RFI responses with stakeholders.
• Interface with customers on contract negotiations as needed.
• Produce ad hoc reports and KPI analyses to improve processes.
