This position works closely with the Great Plains IDeA- CTR network senior leadership and board representatives.
Partner with senior leaders to provide program management strategies, implementation solutions and maintenance that drive innovation, challenge the status quo and advance priorities. Responsible for ensuring deliverables are met and outcomes achieved.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with national partners and funding agencies. Serve as a thought partner and project liaison, helping to proactively identify and communicate business issues, oversee project activities, streamline strategy approaches/methodologies, and share best practices.
Steward the interest of the grant, organization, and network by ensuring strategies are economically viable, strategically sound, administratively feasible, are of the highest quality and meet compliance/regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate executive presence and servant leadership.
Plan, coordinate, lead, facilitate, provide status reports, and ensure stability of program.

Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Industrial Engineering, industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.

Progressive work experience with project/program management including managing multiple projects, event planning, business process analysis, and/or process improvement projects.
