Job summary

PayIt, a GovTech leader in Raleigh, NC, seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to lead government SaaS deployments. You will own client implementations, gather business rules, configure platform tools, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Client Success to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You’ll manage test plans, document requirements, and build prototypes for client feedback while traveling 10–20% as projects require.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• Ability to articulate product roadmaps and client deliverables.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead SaaS implementations with government agency teams.
• Own client implementation efforts with PMO coordination.
• Develop prototypes using Platform tools based on client needs.
• Coordinate requirements with Product and engineering teams.
• Manage test planning and validate requirements with clients.
• Ensure configuration meets client and PayIt specs.
