Job summary

PayIt is seeking a Client Success/Implementation Lead to guide government agency SaaS deployments from planning through go-live. You will own client engagements, gather business rules, and configure prototypes using PayIt Platform tools while coordinating across engineering and product teams.

You will drive test planning, validate requirements, and ensure solutions align with client needs and PayIt specs, while helping maintain platform hygiene and delivering client-facing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software/ SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting or implementing applications using web technologies.
• Experience in client-facing Business or Solution Analyst capacity.
• Ability to lead large enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, logical and collaborative problem solver.
• Resiliency in fast-paced growth environment.
• Strong technical aptitude to influence clients with evolving SaaS needs.
• Experience with full project management lifecycle and articulating roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams.
• Own client implementation by providing PMO-aligned project management and gathering business rules.
• Develop and configure prototypes using Platform tools and iterate with client feedback.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables and manage timelines with PMO.
• Plan tests and align requirements with Product teams; log issues and validate test plans.
• Ensure configuration meets client and PayIt product specs across teams.
• Support clients in maintaining platform hygiene and user experience quality.
• Coordinate hand-off to Client Success, Operations, and Support.
• Create training for PayIt departments on user experience and FAQs.
• Maintain client-related documentation internally and externally.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
