Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with government contract accounting principles and regulations.
• Minimum five years using Deltek CP in project and billing modules.
• Familiarity with contract administration processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and prepare billing summaries for clients.
• Attend kick-off meetings to clarify billing requirements.
• Create and review invoice templates for different contract types (T&M, CPFF, FFP).
• Audit monthly hours and costs; verify timesheets and non-labor data.
• Coordinate with AP and payroll to resolve payment issues.
• Load invoicing data into client portals and maintain documentation.
