Responsibilities

• Review and understand the financial aspects of government contracts.
• Prepare contracts for signature and submission.
• Oversee contract data submissions and final reports.
• Prepare and enter monthly invoices and billing in EIM system for reimbursement.
• Meet month-end close deadlines and assist with budgets and amendments.
• Monitor spend down and notify variances to budget.
• Maintain reconciliation for UFR reporting requirements.
• Provide monthly financial information to Program Management and respond to questions.
