Job summary

Astrion seeks a Junior Contracts Representative to independently manage government contracts of lower complexity from award to closeout. Hybrid roles in Arlington, VA or Huntsville, AL with opportunities to work with Icertis CLM and AI-assisted tools under guidance.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Business/Finance or 3+ years of relevant contracts experience, plus familiarity with FAR/DFARS and CPFF/FFP types. Ability to obtain SECRET clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; 3+ years contracts experience; OR 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient in MS Office; Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP preferred.
• FAR/DFARS familiarity; CPFF/CPAF/FFP/T&M knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer prime contracts and subcontracts of lower complexity from award to closeout.
• Assist with proposals and reviews of solicitations.
• Prepare contract modifications, NDAs, and teaming agreements with oversight.
