Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of directly relevant experience in a contracts management position.
• Experience in contracting with the U.S. government; aerospace experience desired.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

Responsibilities

• Support general contract administration of prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of contracts.
• Complete comprehensive reviews of customer contracts and agreements.
