Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to join our Transformation Risk Team, helping federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects. You will apply PM knowledge across engagements with multidisciplinary teams, supported by robust PM training and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a business-related field and at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Work with government clients to support and improve a broad range of PM operations (scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, stakeholders).
• Develop innovative recommendations and methodologies for organizational, process and technology improvements.
• Deliver quality client services and build lasting client relationships.
• Travel to client sites as needed and mentor staff on project engagements.
