Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing roles delivering business requirements, analysis, or configuration for tech implementations.
• Experience partnering with engineering/ product teams to translate business requirements into system configurations and specs.
• Exceptional attention to detail; validate complex information and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational skills to absorb and apply complex business rules across multiple client engagements.
• Accountability and ownership; follow tasks to completion and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead BRQ process, coordinate stakeholders, validate information, and document requirements on schedule.
• Understand client objectives, workflows, and rules to ensure solution alignment.
• Support milestones and deliverables; identify and communicate risks and dependencies, coordinating resolutions.
• Draft and finalize program documents with Engineering, Legal, and others.
• Maintain version control and audit trails across programs.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws and internal policies; identify discrepancies.
