Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking an experienced Client Implementation Consultant to support complex technology programs for state and local government clients. You will gather and validate client business rules, operational workflows, and technical requirements that impact configuration and compliance.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Legal, Sales, Product, and Operations to translate client needs into actionable deliverables, manage documentation, and ensure alignment with state and local

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a client-facing role involving business requirements management, business analysis, client configuration, or implementation coordination.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Software Development, Product, or other technical teams to translate requirements into configurations or technical deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to translate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BRQ processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop deep understanding of client objectives and regulatory requirements to ensure solutions align with program expectations.
• Support project milestones and deliverables, identifying risks and dependencies for timely resolution.
• Draft, review, and deliver program documentation including notices, certifications, affidavits, and related materials.
• Maintain document version control, revision histories, and audit trails across programs.
