Leidos in Reston, Virginia, is seeking a Government Services CTO to lead growth opportunities, shape requirements, and deliver innovative solutions for NASA, DOE, NSF, DoD, and federal agencies. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, convert customer interactions into requirements, and guide winning capability development and proposals.

Qualificações

• Requires a Master’s Degree in a technical discipline with 15 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 13 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experienced professional in contract performance with demonstrated technical lead and customer relationship building in the performance and growth of contracts.
• Experienced solution architect, sales engineer, and/or technical volume lead on captures and proposals.
• Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (Secret or DOE L).
• Proven ability to reach out to Industry, Academia, and government customers synchronizing efforts across multiple lines of research, development and funding to enhance our solutions offerings and close gaps in offerings yielding competitive technical solutions.
• Experience developing and reviewing BOM and BOEs for complex solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in customer shaping efforts, requirements gathering, and proposal support activities.
• Contribute to customer engagements with federal agencies; analyze needs and align with Leidos offerings.
• Lead internal IRAD activities and project management to ensure cost and schedule alignment.
• Translate solution requirements into design documentation and provide direction on technical designs.
• Lead technology investments to develop repeatable, differentiating solutions including AI/ML and digital engineering practices.
