Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff at a government services location.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor authorization per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and report observations.
• Document daily activities and communicate with supervision and site reps.
